Pentecost Winds Gathers Unlikely Communities in the City of Brotherly Love

Souls were saved, and healing did manifest during the seven-day worship service in Philadelphia that coincided with the Jewish celebration of Shavuot and Pentecost.
“All good,” says Jamie Fitt, a director of Philadelphia Tabernacle of David (PTOD), the host ministry of Jubilee 20:16, citing that the original assignment of the event was to release Jubilee from Philly to the nation and world.
“The goal, said Jamie, was not just that 20 people getting saved during the week, but through the intercession 20,000 and more. And, we hit that hard.”
The event was not just marked by worship, but wind. An unusual wind for the month of June had infiltrated the area during the time of the jubilee which was held outside in a tent. In fact, the weather had made national news – with sixty miles an hour winds warned for Philadelphia. Although perhaps attributed to a disruption attempt by the enemy (Satan) the worshipers didn’t receive it that way. Prayer had been asked for the breath of God to manifest like a mighty wind. Jamie said, "We believed the Lord was sending His wind."

It may not have seemed that way to some, but apparently, God had another agenda in the wind. On Sunday---the day of Pentecost---unbeknownst in the scheduling, a gay pride parade was literally right across the street. Sound systems, from both events, were facing each other separated only by Market Street.
Jamie noted the relationship between the LGBT community and the church had not been the best in the past. “So we went over there and announced, said Jamie, we are here to bless you, not to condemn anybody with what we are doing. We don’t want you to feel any condemnation from us, because that not what we are here to do.
Of course in our heart, we are praying for them to come out of all darkness and confusion that the enemy has trapped them in. However, what we wanted them to feel and experience, person to person, was the love of God---His kindness that leads to repentance.”
Jamie also reminded, what was unknown by both sides that hours earlier on the Sunday—the shooting that took place in Orlando.
Perhaps a prophetic parallel, there were fifty people killed in the shooting that happened in the Pulse Night Club an LGBT venue---forty-nine plus the gunman. One victim was from Philadelphia. Fifty is the jubilee number and year of release of Pentecost and Jubilee.
Jamie says he doesn’t understand it all but believes that the Lord had Jubilee 20:16 there to minister to LGBT community. The parade passed by for about two to three hours, approximately 15,000 people he estimates---as Holy Ghost believers sang and worshiped over them the whole time
He says, “It was a major honor that the Lord would trust us to pray over people like this who are darkness. We weren’t trying to condemn but called them out of darkness into the love of God.
God trusted us with that mission and trusted us on a day that community really needed the love of God.”
Gathered on Saturday were folks from Israel, Canada, and from all over the United States. Messianic worship leader, Paul Wilbur and Operation 4 Winds---a consortium of messianic worship leaders were a part. Noting the popularity of the Paul Wilbur, Jamie reported if he had asked for Paul Wilbur it might have been a difficult thing.
Wilbur wanted to have a gathering with other messianic ministry leaders from various countries and states, meeting on the day of Pentecost, in Orlando. Oddly, all venue doors in Orlando were closed.
One of the worship ministers, who knew what was going on in Philly, and was praying for the ministry, heard from the Lord, Who said, “Consider this your Macedonia call to go to Philadelphia.”
So that moved the entire event from Orlando to Philly to join with the Jubilee worshipper. Saying, "Philadelphia (and on the Mall) is the place where declarations are made." They declared 6. 11. 16---A day of a declaration of interdependence.
Jamie explained, “As followers of Jesus, we are interdependent on Him and one another. We lean on Him, and we lean on one another, as one new man in Christ.
Multiple cultures also gathered for worship, drawing together Christ like-fellows from the tourist crowds on the mall. There was worship in seven different languages. Many times, when there was worship in one of those different languages, there were people who spoke those languages walking by.
For example, during one of the times that there was a Spanish-speaking worship team ministering, the Uruguay soccer team was in the area visiting the Liberty Bell. “Three of those guys walked in and had worship with us, said Jamie—singing, “How Great is Our God, in Spanish.
There was a Chinese group, who was leading worship. Their ministry was marked by a lot of dance---corporate style dance, which inspired all to get involved. As they were doing this, some Chinese tourist came by. We don’t even think they were believers, but they heard in Chinese and came by and joined in. The Lord shows up in people when they start to worship God and don’t even know it.”
During the LGBT parade, three girls from that group came over to Jubilee worshiper's flag team that was there. They said, “We do color guard. We would love to just use your flags for a little while.”
“So we did, said Jamie, we just let them worship. We just believe there were a lot of seeds planted. I don’t know how many people it was. I heard of maybe a dozen folks who got saved, but a lot more seed planted where the Lord began to work on people’s hearts. We believe all those who are estranged are coming into the Father’s house—that’s what Jubilee is about.”
Jamie reminded, The inscription on the Liberty Bell is about Jubilee, Leviticus 25—proclaiming liberty throughout to the inhabitants there of.
"That the heart—in the time of Pentecost---and of course where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. And so, the Spirit being poured on all flesh that’s our heart. It’s that He touches everybody, not just his children, but those who haven’t just yet come back into His house and that he would bring them all Him.
One of the thoughts in planning for Jubilee was to host the event inside. Outside people could see and perhaps identify the move of the Spirit as being drunk, like the original Pentecost in the Upper Room. The team's thought with that was---the worse that could happen is that they would be mistaken for being chemically drunk and folks would want to join.
On a couple of nights, when the bars were closing, there were some intoxicated people stopping by the tent. One of the worship leaders began singing-

“The new wine flows free,
Come and drink,
Come and drink.”
Come and drink,
Come and drink.”
Jamie thought, “We’re calling drunk people right in. At one point, as these people were coming in, the Saints began to minister to them, and they were getting touched by the Lord.”
Unity was in operation as the churches gathered. Some teams brought their whole churches. Some canceled their prayer meeting and joined in at the tent. One church, out of Baltimore MD, brought its Sunday morning service to the tent gathering. They were a Godsend filling that slot on a Sunday morning.
I shared the prophecy of the 2016 gathering (see article). We talked about several other Holy Ghost gatherings on the 2016 calendar---
Washington DC, Azusa. Jamie reminded of the prophecy that ignited Jubilee 20:16 "Gather the worshipers at Independence Mall and release what Philadelphia carries to the nation."
